Forty years of Peruvian flavours on Wellington. Liz Ramirez and Augusto Savaria, both born in Peru, opened the room around 1985 as a Quebec snack bar — hot dogs, pizza, breakfasts — until their customers pushed them toward the dishes of home. Today their son Ricardo Savaria runs the kitchen. Ceviche, lomo saltado, anticuchos and pulpo al olivo; about twenty tables, terrace in summer. Verdun's Peruvian reference, held by the same family since day one.
