A tight-menu, fine-dining Korean room from chef Alex Woo, built around a stone-pot sot-bap (rice steeped in mushroom-kombu broth, finished with crisped nu-roong-ji) and small plates like yukhwe beef tartare with pickled pear and seaweed chips. House banchan and ferments anchor the savoury side; dessert closes with Hodumaru, a chocolate-gochujang mousse over brownie with maple ice cream. Open dinner only, four nights a week.
