Montréal Plaza
6230 Rue Saint-Hubert, Montréal
Opened in 2015, the first restaurant from chef duo Charles-Antoine Crête and Cheryl Johnson, on the Plaza St-Hubert strip. Room designed by Zébulon Perron in collaboration with Crête. Playful, creative cooking — whelk gratiné, salmon confit, beef tartare, the famous "Nothing Potato" — backed by a wine list heavy on private imports. Ranked #22 on the inaugural North America's 50 Best Restaurants list. The pair later opened sister room Juliette Plaza next door. Order the Nothing Potato and the whelk gratiné.
