Hiroshi Kitano and Samath Mom opened this 28-seat yōshoku room right next to Kitano Shokudo. Overstuffed sandos, a panko-crusted ebi burger with yuzu mayo, a vegan tantan ramen on white-miso broth, curries and daily specials — the kitchen closes at 4:30, the specialty coffee keeps going. The matcha latte, meant as a side note, took off.
