A Cambodian noodle counter co-owned by chef Tota Oung — who led the kitchen at nearby Street Monkeys since its 2017 opening — and sommelier Hillary Romero, who also curates wine for Street Monkeys. The two rooms work as a pair: Ketiw for a satisfying lunch or early dinner built around Khuy Teav Phnom Penh noodle soup, Street Monkeys five minutes away for evening tapas and cocktails. A small grocery section stocks Southeast Asian snacks and drinks alongside a curated natural wine and beer list.
