Hélicoptère opened in Hochelaga in July 2018 under chef David Ollu, who trained at Bouillon Bilk, and has since picked up a MICHELIN Guide 2026 recommendation. The kitchen runs on seasonal, local ingredients — including harvests from its own rooftop garden — sourced from a small network of dedicated artisans and producers, built into a five-course tasting menu with wine pairings alongside a small-plates option for sharing. Open Tuesday through Sunday evenings from 5:30pm, closed Mondays.
