Since 2006, the Covone family has run one of Montréal's Neapolitan-pizza standards on Saint-Zotique. Fabrizio and Aniello Covone built the room around one idea — everything is made here, from dough to tomato sauce to gelato — with ingredients from Italy and pizza baked at nearly 900 °F in ninety seconds.
