30-year fixture on Avenue Bernard, marked by a Journal Outremont anniversary feature, founded by Alain Starosta; chef Michaël (Mikhael) has run the kitchen since the café's first days through every change of ownership. Now run by Natacha and Éric, who moved from Marseille and took over alongside their three grown children. Known for all-day brunch — eggs Benedict, the Parisien, a smoked-meat bagel — and a terrace that fills for weekend brunch.
