A fully plant-based room and buvette on Wellington, open since December 2019. Seasonal day-and-night menus built from fresh ingredients with plenty of gluten-free choices, an espresso bar, a deep wine list and house cocktails. The fifty-seat room is full of greenery; in summer, when Wellington goes pedestrian, it opens onto a plant-framed terrace.
