Restaurant Dorsia

396 rue Notre-Dame Ouest

On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.

Opened in June 2024 at the corner of Notre-Dame West and Sainte-Hélène, inside a 19th-century building, by the WITH Hospitality group (Ryu, Ayla, Sushi Dept, Livia). The 1980s-inspired décor, by David Dayan, Jason Lamarre and Ivy Studio, mixes wood panelling, travertine, marble and mirrors across a 90-seat room with London and Paris echoes.

Canadian chef Miles Pundsack-Poe, who worked at The Restaurant at Meadowood in California and Ensue in Shenzhen, runs the kitchen. Both La Presse and the Michelin Guide have covered this new Old Montreal room.
