Pub Saint-Pierre

410 rue Saint-Pierre

On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.

Pub opened on Saint-Pierre Street, one of the oldest streets in the Old Port, by partners Kian Roy, Romy Maurasse and Sophie Trépanier alongside Vaughan Chittock. The name nods to the British public houses of old — envisioned as a gathering spot for neighbourhood locals rather than a tourist trap.

The entire menu is made in house, with an emphasis on local suppliers. In a heavily touristed pocket of the city, the team set out to build a familiar address where residents feel at home.
