Pasta Pooks

6700 Rue Clark, Montréal

On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.

Fresh-pasta counter opened in early March 2025 in Little Italy by Luca "Pooks" Labelle Vinci (formerly of Mano Cornuto and Impasto), with Victor "Coach Vic" Petrenko (ex-Double's) and Martin Pariseau (ex-Menu Extra). Pasta is rolled fresh each morning; ricotta-spinach ravioli and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich are the signature, paired with a natural-wine list.

Named to Air Canada's 10 Best New Restaurants in Canada for 2025 and to the Canada's 100 Best 2026 list. Lines down Rue Clark marked its opening, covered by Tastet and Cult MTL.
