Noble Café
7060 Rue Alexandra, Montréal
On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.
Second Café Noble location, opened June 24, 2021 on Rue Alexandra between Mile-Ex and Little Italy, by founding couple Marc-Antoine Paquin — an engineer turned barista — and Marie-Hélène Choquette, who launched the original café on Laurier in 2015. The formula carries over precise espresso and beans roasted by Toronto's De Mello Palheta, rotating with guest roasters.
Pastries come from Hof Kelsten, and in summer an ice cream stand and cold brew floats take over the front terrace. Covered by Tastet in its Mile-Ex roundup.
