Pizzeria-snack bar opened in fall 2023 on Jeanne-Mance in Mile-Ex by chef Danny St-Pierre with partners Éric Lefrançois (West Shefford microbrewery) and Martin Rouleau (Yïsst). Thick-crusted, Detroit-style 6-inch personal pizzas sit alongside cacio e pepe croquettes, the "Clown Fry" and the Belle César salad; the Nanaimo bar closes things out.
Wines are sold on a wineshop model with a 0.75% markup, alongside beers from West Shefford, Messorem and Wills. A second location opened at McGill in September 2025.
