Le Petit Sao PSC

1870 Rue Centre

On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.

Vietnamese address on Rue Centre, the third location from Lise Dang and Jean-Paul Belmont after Nuns' Island and Atwater Market. The move to Pointe-Saint-Charles followed part of their regular clientele, whose Nuns' Island offices had relocated to the neighbourhood.

Banh mi, noodle soups and vermicelli bowls make up a Vietnamese street-food menu, served in a pastel-toned room; Tastet notes that this kind of offering had been missing from the neighbourhood until then.
