Kosher sushi bar on Décarie, certified under MK (Montreal Kosher) supervision, where parve status requires substitutes: the "shellfish" and even the chicken on the menu are mock, soy-based versions, with no real shellfish or meat used. The menu blends sushi, teriyaki, poke bowls and Thai fusion dishes.
