Sushi Momo

3609, rue Saint-Denis, Montréal

On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.

A house of plant-only sushi, founded in 2012 on Duluth by chef Christian Ventura and on Saint-Denis since January 2018.

The original menu was mixed. According to manager Yonatan Torices, demand for the vegan options eventually convinced the team to drop fish entirely. The card holds worked plant-based rolls, tempura Japanese starters, omakase menus and a list of natural and organic wines. Ventura has since opened other Montréal addresses, including Bvrger in the Old Port.

Sushi Momo and the Regulars carnet
