On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.
Opened in 2009 on Monkland Avenue, Lucille's takes its name from the B.B. King song — the owners describe themselves as unconditional fans. Executive chef Mark Gaffney built its reputation on a standout raw bar stocking both east- and west-coast oysters, alongside dry-aged, charcoal-grilled steaks.
The concept has since expanded, with Brasserie Lucille's in Westmount, a summer food truck, and up to five Quebec locations from Laval to Mont-Tremblant. Tastet has highlighted the generous portions and consistently fresh seafood.
Lucille's Oyster Dive is on the Regulars map — spotted, not yet visited. Our guides are written on foot, door by door, and no one pays to appear: when we walk through the door, this note will become a portrait. No points. No coupons. Standing is earned.
