Le St-Urbain

96, rue Fleury Ouest, Montréal

On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.

Modern bistro opened in 2008 at the corner of Saint-Urbain and Fleury Ouest by chef-owner Marc-André Royal (formerly of L'Express and Bête à Pain), with Chantal Gervais and Annick Dufresne. The kitchen, now led by chef Lindsey Mclaren, focuses on Québec products and a seasonal menu chalked across an entire wall.

The bright dining room offers views into the kitchen through large windows onto Fleury. The restaurant is listed in the MICHELIN Guide Canada and was praised by La Presse in 2024 for its staying power in the neighbourhood.
