Chez Cécile Rôtisserie

128, rue Fleury Ouest, Montréal

On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.

Rotisserie restaurant opened February 2026 on Fleury Ouest by Groupe Les Cavistes, named for Cécile Poulin, a Beauce-region hotelier and the grandmother of co-owner Robert Herrera. Chef Benjamin Gilker (Les Cavistes, Lawrence, H4C, Fat Rabbit) builds the whole menu around a large-flame European rotisserie — meat, vegetables, fish and sauces all pass through it.

The anglo-vintage dining room, done in dark tones with communal tables, seats 36 across 1,100 square feet. The wine list spotlights a single grape variety at a time — grenache, on La Presse's coverage.
