Le Brûloir

318, rue Fleury Ouest, Montréal

On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.

Café and roastery rooted on Fleury Ouest since 2011, founded by Vincent D'Aoust, a trained biologist turned self-taught roaster. Beans are imported directly from small growers in Guatemala and Honduras, then roasted at a lab located just across the street from the café.

Le Brûloir serves espresso and cortado made from freshly roasted beans, alongside smoothies, vegan sandwiches and pastries, in a neighbourhood setting with indoor and outdoor seating.
