Le Club Chasse et Pêche

423, rue Saint-Claude, Montréal

On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.

Opened December 31, 2004 on Rue Saint-Claude by chef Claude Pelletier and Hubert Marsolais, Le Club Chasse et Pêche occupies a stone-and-timber setting near Château Ramezay. The menu, developed with chef de cuisine Olivier Larocque, pairs game and fish in a clubby, intimate mood, backed by a 500-bottle cellar.

Two decades on, the address remains a benchmark and is among the restaurants recommended in the inaugural Michelin Guide Québec, spring 2025.
