Bangluck

4509, rue Chabot, Montréal

On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.

A Thai noodle counter that opened 28 April 2024 on Chabot, run by Chitakone Phommavongxay and Siriluksamee Rangthong, the team behind Thammada and Pichai. The house says it captures the spirit of a classic noodle shop, minimalist design, affordable dishes, deeply rooted flavours.

The tom yum noodle soup brings together chicken, minced pork, fried pork rinds and fish balls, and the beef broth simmers twenty-four hours with anise and lemongrass. The room seats twenty-four and the house also sells imported Thai snacks and groceries. It is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
