A smash-burger counter that opened in 2026 on Duluth Est, run by Antoine, Clément and Adrien, who say they work with one hundred per cent local products, in the kitchen and behind the bar.
The beef comes from the Édouard et Léo butcher shop and the aged cheddar from Fromagerie Hamel, and the buns are egg buns rather than brioche. The menu holds at three burgers at one price, beef, chicken and veg, in a small Japanese-influenced room lit by fixtures built from salvaged stool legs.
