A bring-your-own-wine neighbourhood bistro on Villeneuve Est, describing market-fresh seasonal cooking inspired by the French classics, from tartare to a tasting menu, in a warm room.
The house belongs to Marc-André Paradis, with Félix Madore Sztuka running the kitchen. The card holds a duck confit tart and a truffle chicken ballotine with lemon waffle and goat cheese espuma. It opens Sunday and Monday nights, when much of the city is closed.
