Fabrique Caramel

1308, rue Fleury Est, Montréal

On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.

Pastry shop opened January 2018 on Fleury Est by Amélie Couturier and Mérédith Gosselin-Lord, two friends who trained together in pastry arts at the ITHQ and built the shop around a shared project. Salted caramel runs through the menu — carrot cake, cheesecake, apple pie, and an almond-caramel croissant among the recurring pieces.

Tastet lists the shop among its picks for the best addresses in Ahuntsic, praising its cakes and well-executed classic pastries; the boutique also takes special orders in advance.
