On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.
A microbrewery that opened in May 2018 on Prince-Arthur Est. The house writes that its beer now reaches more than a hundred retailers across Québec, and it brews broadly, from a Munich dunkel made with Les Insulaires to a rauchbier with Harricana and a Czech-style lager using Québec Saaz hops.
At the counter the kitchen stays deliberately short, with mini pretzels, olives and a sharing plate of mouhamara and zaatar pitas. The house also sells cans to go, and its terrace opens onto the pedestrian stretch.
Dispensaire Microbrasserie is on the Regulars map — noted, not yet visited. Our guides are written on foot, door by door, and nobody pays to be in them. Whether the house takes part in Regulars is still to be confirmed. No points, no coupons — standing is earned.
