On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.
A couscous and tajine house on Prince-Arthur Est that presents itself as a Berber table. The menu is built around couscous done several ways, with lamb, Québec rabbit, chicken or merguez.
Tajines fill out the rest of the card, and the house puts Berber hospitality forward in its own description of itself. It sits two doors from Le Square, on the pedestrian stretch of the street.
Au Coin Berbère is on the Regulars map — noted, not yet visited. Our guides are written on foot, door by door, and nobody pays to be in them. Whether the house takes part in Regulars is still to be confirmed. No points, no coupons — standing is earned.
