On our map. We haven't walked through the door yet — here's why it's on the list.
French café-bistro opened May 1, 1994 on Fleury Est by Jacques Ouellette, modeled on Paris's Café de Flore — hence the name. Stéphanie Bouchard, on staff since the café's first year, bought the business in 2007 and still runs it; the café marked its 30th anniversary in 2024 ahead of a fall renovation.
A fixture of the Ahuntsic neighbourhood, the kitchen serves classic bistro fare — foie gras crème brûlée, beef bavette, stuffed rabbit saddle — alongside a list of more than a hundred private-import wines, many available by the glass.
Café Le Petit Flore is on the Regulars map — spotted, not yet visited. Our guides are written on foot, door by door, and no one pays to appear: when we walk through the door, this note will become a portrait. No points. No coupons. Standing is earned.
