A Southeast Asian table on Mont-Royal, led by chef and co-owner Vinh Nguyen, who reworks traditional dishes with a contemporary hand.
The name comes from the river, and the menu draws on the cooking of the countries it runs through, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos. Service is tapas-style for sharing, the seafood changes with the catch, and several meat dishes can be made vegetarian. The house also does catering and private events, and opens a terrace.
